Launching the company’s Customer Success organization allowed me the opportunity to elevate my skills in process design, performance management, and brand building. I was instrumental in creating the department from the ground up, while also designing integrated solutions for global and local clients. My work required me to support the full client engagement cycle, from initial planning through successful delivery, with an emphasis on achieving demanding KPI targets. By providing high-touch client management, I achieved very positive retention rates and helped worldwide brands achieve their revenue and reputation goals.
