12.30.25 // Glimmers from Sayulita

Glimmers from Sayulita.
.
Where the sand shimmers like glitter sticking to my skin.
.
Where salt water feels healing to the wounds of the soul.
.
Where solace is found and expectation lost.
.
A place I’ve called home away from home for the last 5 years
.
Where I felt called to wash my tumultuous mind free of burdens and let my light recharge under soft kisses from the sun.
.
This last trip was exactly that… and the best burrito I’ve ever had, more sunshine than I could have expected, and also a feeling of deep closure. Not that I won’t be back to Sayulita but this trip felt cathartic, a rounding of of my heart and soul, a fulfillment I hadn’t felt before. Usually I leave wanting more, but I feel complete. I feel a chapter closing. And I’m so grateful for the years of Sayulita and the wide world of adventure that awaits in the next chapter.
