Hey there,
I’m Liz Fieser. I’m a recovering philosopher, avid adventurer, and nomadic soul.

I started this website during a season of unraveling — the kind that arrives when the life you’ve built on paper stops matching the one you feel in your body. What began as a simple portfolio has become a home for the stories, ideas, and in-between moments that shape how I move through the world.

Before this space existed, I spent years building things for other people. In San Francisco, I helped scale a tech startup from 70 to 700+ employees, working across Government Relations and Brand Strategy as everything accelerated. Before that, I was the first female employee at an outdoor startup in Chattanooga, where I built their Customer Success and Content Strategy teams from the ground up. And before all of that, I spent three years fundraising and planning events inside the ivy-covered world of higher education.

I’ve lived many careers, many identities, many versions of myself. Burnout, creative droughts, and reinvention have all had their turn. This site exists because I needed a place to make meaning of it — a place to write, to reconnect with curiosity, to move at my own pace again.

“We are travelers on a cosmic journey, stardust, swirling and dancing in the eddies and whirlpools of infinity. Life is eternal. We have stopped for a moment to encounter each other, to meet, to love, to share. This is a precious moment. It is a little parenthesis in eternity.”

- Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist

So where did that leave me?
On the edge of whatever comes next — energy returning, creativity widening, purpose reshaping itself in real time. Ready for the next adventure, a refuel of lust for life, and a revamp of what fulfillment looks like.

And now… here we are.

 love & Curiosity,

liz
