Gearhouse Marketing + Community

At Gearhouse, I wore many hats across marketing, community, and strategic leadership. Officially Head of Marketing, I also stepped in as a temporary Head of Community, leading new member orientation, designing onboarding experiences, and helping cultivate a welcoming, loyal member base. I managed and evolved our social media presence, ran high-impact campaigns, and shaped our brand voice across platforms.

In the later stages of my role, I collaborated directly with the CEO to develop business strategies and seasonal campaigns aimed at member acquisition and retention. From launching key brand events like our Summer Kickoff Party and Pray for Snow, to building out scalable systems and team structures, my work was rooted in aligning brand storytelling with real-world community connection
