Places where the concrete forests we've grown accustom to fade into the distance.

Places that pull us off the grid.

Today, December 22, I move into the last year of my twenties.

Places that are cloaked in warmth. Places where the air feels heavy and time moves slow.

I’ve been thinking a lot about assumptions lately…

Above the clouds.

Places that are engulfed by an all too familiar fog.

I’m always asking for signs from the universe and I feel like these have been pretty clear in meaning and clarity.

To break the nerves, we were encouraged to explain to the person sitting next to us what book we would re-read and why...
